As a mom with two young kids, it’s hard to find time to get a workout in that aligns with my schedule. Baseck’s flexible scheduling model paired with their childcare make it a perfect fit for us. The workouts are challenging, can be catered to your own personal ability level, and the coaches are all very motivating and helpful. We are consistently greeted by a warm smile and have gotten to know the staff and coaches alike. I was never a "gym person" and always dreaded working out but now I go at least 3-4 times per week and feel stronger, healthier, and happier.  I call Baseck my no-excuse gym.  No time?  Workouts are only 30 minutes.  Running late?  A new circuit starts every 5 minutes.  Don't know what exercises to do?  Baseck provides a new step-by-step 30-minute workout everyday with trainers on the floor to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.  Worried that the workouts will be too difficult?  The trainers will adjust the moves for your fitness level.  Feeling intimidated?  The staff and members of Baseck are welcoming and encouraging - you instantly feel like you belong there.
